Local Pickup

  • Local to us? choose pickup at check out and skip the shipping fees.
  • No promo code needed—discount applies automatically after selection is chosen.
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days or sooner.
  • Pickup details (location, hours, etc.) will be included in your confirmation email.
  • Please bring your order confirmation or ID when picking up your items.

Address changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
  • Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping info.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. OR if you use SHOP app you will receive tracking via that as well.
