❆ How do we add the sibling pack?
Adding extra holiday magic is easy! Once you’ve added your Santa Box to the cart, the Sibling Pack option will appear.
You’ll need to add a separate Sibling Pack for each additional child and include each child’s name, so every little elf gets their own personalized Christmas surprise! ✨🎄
❆ How will the additional sibling packs be shipped or packaged?
No need for extra trips from the North Pole! All Sibling Packs will be tucked right into your Santa Box, so every little elf in your family receives their magical goodies together—ready for one joyful Christmas morning! 🎁✨
🎁 How Do We Open the Box When It Arrives?
Ho ho ho! When your enchanted Santa Box arrives, you’ll see a special green envelope labeled “Parents Open.” This note from the North Pole is meant for grown-up eyes only and will be tucked inside the shrink-wrapped box so you can retrieve it first.
After removing the envelope, the box will still be sealed with the official North Pole Santa Mail Sticker (the one where my hand is covering the address in the video).
