If you’re unsure how to upload your photo or why your Add to Cart button looks greyed out, don’t worry — the answers below will walk you through everything step by step.

how do I upload my photo?
you’ll see an upload option where you can attach your photo. Drop or drag your photo of choice.
Make sure to choose a clear, high-quality image — ideally square or portrait — so your ornament looks perfect when printed.
Add Your Ribbon Color
Below you will see "Ribbon Color" choose the drop down and select your option!
Before you do that please....
**CHECK THE RIBBON EXTRA COST INFORMATION TAB**
Select your bulb TYPE
Below you will see the bulb selction check box to choose THEN write it in the box as well where it says "Enter either Glass or Plastic here"
Do you have a different saying in mind?
Select the customize check box below & insert your saying.
Ribbon Extra Cost (information)
By default the floating memory ornament comes with 4 ribbon colors/styles included in the $12.
The additional ribbons that will be an extra cost will be $13.50 per ornament are posted below:
1. Plaid Christmas Tree's
2. Christmas Truck w/Tree's
3. Merry Christmas w/missle toe

2. Select customize or preselected design check box below.
3. Once all required choices are made, the Add to Cart button will activate.
4. Click Add to Cart, to finalize & complete your order.
